UPCT (Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena) is one of the four public technical universities in Spain. Established in 1998, UPCT is dedicated to providing higher education services through teaching, studying, research, innovation, entrepreneurship, and knowledge transfer, with a strong emphasis on quality. The university comprises six Engineering Schools, a School of Architecture, and a Business Faculty.

UPCT has a student population of approximately 5,400, including 4,400 undergraduate students, 700 master’s students, and 300 PhD students. The university has also been attracting an increasing number of international students, with over 400 students from Europe, Africa, Asia, and South America in the academic year 2020-2021.

Ganpat University and the township of Ganpat Vidyanagar, a high-tech education campus is a joint initiative, purely philanthropic in nature, by a large number of industrialists and technocrats, noble farmers and affluent businessmen for the mission of “Social Upliftment through Education”. The University is established by the State Government by the enactment of Act No.19/2005 on 12th April 2005. It is approved under section 2(f) by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Govt. of India conducted grading of ITIs as per “Framework and Methodology”. GUNI – Japan India Manufacturing (JIM) secured 3rd rank in the State of Gujarat on 17th June 2021, which enabled GUNI-JIM for the Scheme of Skill Strengthening for Industrial Value Enhancement (STRIVE) to receive the financial assistance of INR. 2 Cr.

D. Y. Patil College of Engineering & Technology, Kasaba Bawada, Kolhapur is a self-financing Autonomous Institute established in the year 1984 under the visionary leadership of Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil, Former Governor of Tripura, Bihar and West Bengal. UGC, New Delhi and Shivaji University, Kolhapur has conferred Autonomous status to the Institute in 2020. The Institution is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, Government of Maharashtra and affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur. The Institute is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore with ‘A’ grade (CGPA- 3.08). The Institute is offering quality technical education for the past 38 years. The Institute offers eight UG programmes and two PG programmes. Two departments of this Institution are recognized as research centres by Shivaji University, Kolhapur for promoting research culture in the Institute. Architecture department of the Institute is ranked amongst the top 13 Architecture Colleges in India by Outlook India and ranked 21st by India Today in 2021. Three UG programmes viz., B.
