The three days “Kick off meeting” was hosted by Charutar Vidya Mandal University, India, partner institution of the Capacity Building project “Fostering Inclusive and Equitable Quality Education to stimulate lifelong Sustainable Learning opportunities for HEIs in India” co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. The venue for the event was SMAID, A constituent college of CVM University.

The purpose of this meet was to review and understand the overall project.
Our President Er Bhikhubhai Patel, CVM University inaugurated the event, and was blessed with the presence of our eminent guests Ms. Agneshwari Adhiya, Registrar i/c CVMU, Prof. Percy Engineer, Provost Sarvajanik University, Dr. G. Nareshkumar, Dean R & D CVMU, and our Director Prof. Nirav Hirpara.

All the delegates of six partners attended the three days event, four National partners are:
1. Sarvajanik University, Surat
2. Ganpat University, Mehsana
3. D. Y. Patil College of Engineering & Technology, Kolhapur
4. CVM University, Vallabh Vidhyangar

The two International partners are:
1. Universidad Politecnica De Cartagena, Spain
2. Rigas Tehniska Universitate, Latvia

Day1: Inauguration of the event, followed by Project Overview and Team Discussion & Deliberation on work packages execution. The day one session ended with a visit to CVM University Campus (SICART, Fab-Lab at ADIT & GCET, Ayurvedic College etc.)

Day 2: The project review session presented by the four partners and ended with a visit to Tribhuvandas Food Complex (Mogar) / Amul Chocolate Factory and Vrajbhoomi.

Day 3: Team Discussion & Deliberations on how to execute the work packages in the presence of EU Project leader (online).

The delegates were amazed with the hospitality and the places they visited. The session ended with memento distributions (Special thanks to Tribhuvandas Foundation and Anupam Mission) and sharing gifts by all the partners.
